Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. is currently hiring Machine Operators to support an automotive manufacturing client in Vaughan.

Location: Vaughan
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour, plus a $0.50/hour premium for afternoon shifts and a $1.00/hour premium for night shifts
Available Shifts:

- Days: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

- Afternoons: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

- Nights: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do

- Operate welding equipment to produce parts that meet specifications, and carry out other duties based on specific job instructions

- Understand and apply customer weld specifications and weld acceptance criteria

- Follow and maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols

- Complete all required documentation

Education and Experience

- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

- 6 to 12 months of experience in a manufacturing workplace

- Able to follow standardized work instructions

Physical Requirements

- Able to lift up to 35 lbs

- Able to work with push forces of up to 50 lbs





- Available to work overtime as required

- Able to operate equipment such as an electric pump truck

- Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and similar movements
