General Foreman

- Term: Full-Time
- Location: Northern Saskatchewan
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary
- Hours of Work: 40-hour minimum work weeks. Shift length varies as project requirements.
- Meals: $50/workday, when staying in company provided accommodations
- Hotels: Provided for season with the exception of long weekends

The Company:

Marksmen Vegetation Management Inc. is hiring a General Foreman to support our Utility Vegetation Management work in Saskatchewan. This position will work on a small crew throughout Northern Saskatchewan managing and coordinating projects.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

- Manage customer interactions, custom service and up selling
- Manage the crews, direct crews, and audit crews
- Provide updated reports on project statuses and problem solving
- Provide project outlines for the week and weekend
- Paperwork entry, enter maintenance and receipts into databases
- Maintain supplies and run errands for supplies
- Complete daily hazard assessments and follow site safety rules
- Stay in company provided hotels when needed
- Work outdoors in all weather
- Work away from home 5 days a week, weekends off but on call for emergencies
- Work in accordance with Marksmen HSE program.
- Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and all relevant regulations.
- Worker must be fit for duty,



remain fit for duty, physically fit enough to perform the job safely efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and accountable
- Detail orientated and problem solving
- Customer service management and sales up selling experience
- Project management experience is an asset
- Chainsaw or utility work experience is an asset but not required
- Class 5 Driver’s License required
- First Aid CPR Level A or Level C is an asset
- All employees must pass insurance approval of drivers abstract and drug and alcohol pre-employment testing as per the company Drug and Alcohol policy.

What We Offer:
