Job Overview

As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll support guests in a food service setting by taking orders, preparing and serving food, and keeping service areas clean and organized. You’ll use POS systems to process transactions, respond courteously to customer needs, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming experience. Your impact: attentive service and accurate orders help customers enjoy their visit and colleagues coordinate service effectively.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and suggest relevant items through helpful upselling.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, and handle cash and payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve food while following food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Keep work areas clean,



manage tasks efficiently, and support kitchen and service colleagues during busy periods.

Qualifications

Required: Customer service, clear communication, basic math, cash handling, time management, and careful attention to food safety and sanitation support accurate, productive service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, cashiering, food preparation, or kitchen experience, including familiarity with POS or Micros POS systems, is an advantage.

Pay: $15.35 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
