Permanent Full Time We are looking for an Operations Coordinator. This position requires being in the office 5 days a week. Reporting to the Manager, Operations the Operations Coordinator (OC) plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the office. They support the advisor and team and also act as the primary liaison for in office support and with technology support. Act as the primary point of contact for dealing with clients at the front desk, on the phone and through email Provide support in the office for appointments, processing, mailings, faxes, scanning and emails, as well as general oversight (multi-function devices, supplies, troubleshooting, fire safety plan, compliance, communications with the building manager, etc.) Provide general business support (generating summaries, prepping forms, inquiries, filing, transcribing, ordering supplies) Manage the continuing education process (certificates, mailing, file, etc.) Produce basic reports for management and the team as required Provide general support for activities taking place in the office Post-secondary degree or relevant work experience Understand the operations of a sales organization Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Demonstrate an aptitude for establishing strong collaborative relationships with multiple business partners at all levels Respond quickly to customer and business partner requests with tact,



courtesy and patience Demonstrate a proactive approach, showing initiative towards process improvement and individual development Possess a strong sense of organization as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
