Your Role: A Member Services Representative (MSR) is responsible for providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets. Job Summary: Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club. Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN Always maintain a positive and qualified disposition. Ensure all secure check in procedures are always implemented. Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
