The Parts Counter Attendant supports Summit’s daily parts department operations for internal shop operations and external customers. You will source, order, receive, stock, and distribute parts while maintaining accurate records. The work includes customer service, supplier coordination, parts documentation, and safe warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers, drivers, and technicians with parts identification
- Source, order, receive, inspect, and distribute parts
- Process orders, invoices, credits, returns, and warranty claims
- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle and annual counts
- Maintain organized warehouse areas and accurate company records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous parts, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn management systems
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
