We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Café Supervisor to lead our vibrant café team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of food service staff, baristas, and kitchen personnel to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance
- Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Micros POS with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure adherence to health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the café
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
- Assist in hiring, interviewing,



onboarding new team members, and providing ongoing training to develop skills in hospitality, serving, and food industry best practices

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with a strong background in team management
- Extensive food service experience including food preparation, cooking, bartending or barista skills preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant management operations such as cash handling, POS systems (especially Micros), and inventory control
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality or food industry
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in fast-paced settings
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous but not required
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience that showcases your ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Pay: From $44,500.00 per year
