About the Role

CARVIN is looking for a Sales Representative based in Ontario to support and grow our network of customers and retail partners across the assigned territory.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, supporting retailers with their product needs, and actively developing new customers and business opportunities.

You will work closely with our Customer Service and Technical Support teams to ensure timely follow-up, effective communication, and a high level of service for our customers and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent and promote CARVIN and SunLab pool products;
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and retail partners;
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers and retailers;
- Support retail partners with their CARVIN and SunLab product needs;
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customers and business opportunities;
- Actively contribute to sales growth within the assigned territory;
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer inquiries and requests;
- Collaborate with the Technical Support team when customers or retailers require product information or technical assistance;
- Maintain effective communication between customers, retailers, and internal departments;
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of CARVIN and SunLab products;
- Contribute to increasing the visibility and growth of the CARVIN brand in the Ontario market;




- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with existing customers, retail partners, and prospective customers.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach;
- Proven ability to develop new business while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers;
- Self-motivated, professional, organized, and comfortable working independently;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments;
- Comfortable learning about and explaining products with technical components;
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory;
- Must be based in Ontario;
- Previous experience in the pool and hot tub industry is considered an asset.

Language Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills are required, as most communication with customers and retail partners will be conducted in English;
- French is considered an asset.
