Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, safety-focused, and able to lead by example in a rapid-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Support, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Monitor productivity and address operational issues.
- Communicate daily priorities and concerns to management.
- Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed.

Requirements





- Previous warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
