ICON is a growing company with a strong, vibrant future. We are currently recruiting for a Product Content Creator Specialist. The ideal candidate will be motivated, naturally pleasant and friendly, with a commitment to "family" values and collaboration. This is a team environment with a collective focus on serving our customers and supporting each other to that end.

The primary responsibility of the Product Content Creator Specialist is to create, manage, and optimize the product content across various platforms, such as e-commerce sites, catalogues, and marketing channels. This role represents an end-to-end e-commerce photography pipeline that moves product from the physical studio or setup straight to the online store.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Image capture, involving lighting, setup, backdrops, camera settings, tethered shooting, etc.

· Photo editing, including batch adjustments, background clean-up and retouching, leveraging AI technology to enhance results and maximize efficiency.

· Web & SEO optimizations which includes cropping and scaling images, file formatting and compression, and metadata / alt text as applicable.





· Posting and e-commerce integration leveraging direct sync plugins as appropriate.

· Catalogue listing management and maintenance.

Required qualifications, previous training and skills include, but not limited to:

· Use of photography equipment, lighting, shoot set-up, etc.

· Technical tools include proficiency with content management systems (CMS / Shopify), digital asset management, and creative software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

· Core competencies include a strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication (English), and a solid grasp of basic SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

· Familiarity with AI-assisted generation or editing workflows to scale asset production efficiently.

· 3+ years of hands-on content or e-commerce experience.

· A keen aptitude for detail and accuracy.

Knowledge and experience with the following are considered and asset:

· A post-secondary background in marketing, communications or design.

· Familiarity with recreational vehicles.

This is a full-time permanent position. Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Normal work hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM.
