The Sr System Analyst with People SoftHCM Exp supports reliable enterprise systems through analysis, administration, troubleshooting, and technical improvements. The role works across platforms, databases, and integrations to keep services dependable and help colleagues access accurate, timely system information.

Responsibilities

- Analyze system needs and incidents, document findings, and coordinate practical resolutions with technical and business teams.
- Support PeopleSoft HCM environments, operating systems, databases, and network services; monitor performance and investigate issues.
- Develop and maintain integrations, scripts, queries, and deployment workflows using appropriate tools and technologies.

Skills

Required: Practical systems analysis, troubleshooting, transparent technical documentation, and the ability to work with PeopleSoft HCM, SQL, operating systems, computer networking, and REST integrations. Preferred: Experience or familiarity with AWS, Azure, VMware, ESXi, Kubernetes, Windows, Linux, DNS, VPN, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash, shell scripting, DevOps, Git, and Jenkins.

Pay: $36.35-$45.00 per hour
