Lead nonprofit operations, compliance, and infrastructure for La Familia Sana in Cloverdale, California. Build systems supporting sustainable organizational growth. The Director of Operations serves on the executive leadership team and reports to the Executive Director. This full time, exempt leader oversees operations, human resources, facilities, technology, risk management, and administration. The position strengthens accountability, efficiency, communication, and compliance across a growing community-rooted nonprofit serving Northern Sonoma County.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve organization-wide operational systems Develop policies, workflows, procedures,



and internal controls Coordinate strategic initiatives and improvement projects Oversee human resources systems and employee processes Monitor grants, budgets, facilities, technology, and risk

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience At least five years of progressive leadership experience Experience managing multidisciplinary teams Nonprofit operations, compliance, budgets, and systems experience Advanced Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and cloud systems proficiency Bring strategic leadership, project management, and systems-building expertise to La Familia Sana’s expanding nonprofit infrastructure.
