Sales and Design Consultant – Custom Millwork & Cabinetry (Barrie, Hybrid)

Livingston Cabinetry designs, builds and installs mid-to-high-end custom kitchens, built-ins and millwork across Barrie, Simcoe County and the GTA. We work directly with homeowners and with interior designers and builders. We're hiring a Sales and Design Consultant to own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract. This role is equal parts sales and design: you'll win the client and design the space.

What you'll do

- Turn incoming leads from homeowners, designers and builders into signed projects
- Find and develop your own leads, especially designer and builder relationships
- Run client meetings, present designs and estimates, and follow up until close
- Build designs and drawings in Mozaik (we'll train the right person)
- Hand off approved projects cleanly to our shop team
- Keep our CRM and project tracker current

What success looks like

- $75,000 in signed work per month, roughly one and a half kitchens
- Quick, consistent follow-up on every lead
- Designers and builders who send you repeat work

What you bring

- A strong eye for design: interior design education (diploma or degree) or equivalent design experience. Graduates of interior design programs are encouraged to apply
- Sales ability or drive: experience in sales, retail or other client-facing work, and the motivation to close
- Confidence talking with homeowners, designers and contractors
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Mozaik, AutoCAD,



SketchUp or other design software is an asset (we'll train you on Mozaik)
- Comfortable with a base-plus-commission pay structure

Pay and terms

- $64,000 – $82,000 a year at target: hourly base wage plus uncapped commission
- 3% commission on company-provided leads, 5% on leads you bring in yourself
- Guaranteed commission draw during your first 90 days while you ramp up
- Hybrid: our Barrie office and from home
- 2 weeks vacation; 3-month probation
- Start date: January 4, 2027
