Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Construction Worker to support a range of construction and site work. The role involves working outdoors and as part of a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Candidates with construction experience, paving experience, or heavy equipment operation skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, material handling, and general construction tasks.
- Operate heavy equipment when trained and authorized to do so.
- Use hand and power tools safely and follow instructions from supervisors and crew leads.
- Maintain an orderly work area and help protect tools, materials, and equipment.
- Follow site safety procedures, wear required protective equipment, and promptly report hazards or equipment concerns.




- Work cooperatively with crew members to meet project schedules and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Construction experience is preferred; experience with paving or heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials as needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and follow job-site safety requirements.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Ability to follow directions and learn recent tasks and equipment procedures.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
