GFL Environmental is seeking a certified Journeyperson to maintain trucks and heavy-duty equipment. The work includes mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, and M5 planning. Mechanics complete reports, procure parts, and coordinate repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair diesel, CNG, gas, and electric trucks
- Service heavy-duty equipment using diagnostic equipment
- Complete daily reports, work orders, and parts procurement
- Plan repairs through the M5 planner system
- Coordinate regional repair schedules and mechanical write-ups

Requirements:

- Recognized Heavy Duty Mechanic apprenticeship completion
- Current Red Seal or B.C. Journeyperson certification
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnosis experience
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds
