About Us
We're a busy cell phone store in Brampton. We repair phones, tablets, laptops, and consoles. We also sell new, used, and refurbished devices, accessories, phone plans, TV streaming, and internet. We move fast and reward people who take ownership.

The Role
This is an all-in-one role. You'll sell, take care of customers, and do repairs. It starts part-time. Strong performers can move to full-time.

What You'll Do

Sales

- Sell phones, accessories, protection, and plans (postpaid and prepaid)
- Recommend cases, screen protectors, and add-ons with every sale
- Buy and trade in used devices and price them correctly

Customer Service

- Greet every customer and find out what they need
- Diagnose issues and give clear repair quotes
- Follow up with customers when repairs are done
- Handle complaints calmly and fix problems on the spot

Technician Work

- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and back glass
- Repair iPhones, Samsung, tablets, and other devices
- Test devices before and after repair
- Log repairs, parts, and payments in our POS system
- Keep the store and workbench clean and organized

What We're Looking For

- Retail, sales,



or customer service experience
- Repair experience is a strong asset (we'll train the right person)
- Comfortable with tools and small parts
- Good communicator, confident talking to customers
- Reliable and on time
- Available weekends

Bonus Points

- Micro-soldering experience
- Carrier or phone plan sales experience
- Speaks a second language (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese, or Spanish is a big plus in Brampton)
