NL Modular is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The Construction Manager directs daily on-site operations, schedules, and teams to complete residential and commercial building projects.

Core Responsibilities

- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Share your deep technical knowledge, practical experience, and regulatory knowledge in building systems.
- Project Management: Project design, planning, procurement, and execution.
- Site Operations: Oversee daily activities, crew members, and trade sequencing for projects.
- Quality & Code Compliance: Inspect workmanship regularly to ensure compliance with national and local building codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Hire, schedule, and evaluate subcontractors.
- Schedule & Budget Tracking: Monitor project milestones, material deliveries, and labor costs to prevent delays and budget overruns.
- Communication:



Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial building construction.
- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing cross-functional teams in residential and commercial construction.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, national and local building codes.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Robust capacity to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and direct work for high productivity.
- Strategic Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to turn plans into actionable tasks.
- License: Valid driver’s license.
