Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and data validation. Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries to extract and analyze data. Experience using Jira or similar project management and Agile collaboration tools. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience supporting digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or comparable credentials. The annual salary for this position is CAD $60,300
