Deliver exceptional guest service as a Full time Concierge at InterContinental Toronto Centre, coordinating requests, reservations, and local information in downtown Toronto. This Concierge position supports guests at the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand. You will coordinate hotel services, sporting events, restaurants, theater, transportation, tours, and other inquiries. The position also requires communication with management, departments, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate guest needs, requests, and inquiries for superior service Provide information about hotel services, attractions, restaurants, and transportation Handle reservations and obtain or issue applicable tickets Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints Maintain an orderly concierge desk and area

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent One year of concierge or related experience Fluent English; additional languages preferred Knowledge of the local area preferred Ability to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds Use hospitality, communication, and local knowledge to support guests at InterContinental Toronto Centre in downtown Toronto.
