Description

Our Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) replacement program. This is a contract role based in Edmonton, AB, working hybrid (2 days onsite per week), supporting discovery/design activities and end-to-end program delivery.

What you’ll do

- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops; document current/future-state processes and best-practice requirements
- Support systems development/integration/implementation activities across the program lifecycle
- Contribute to data migration planning (data requirements, mapping, documenting data integration flows)
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders across areas like HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset/Work Management
- Support QA/testing phases and help drive stakeholder readiness and knowledge transfer

Must-have qualifications
- 10+ years professional experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience across full project lifecycle (design configuration/development testing implementation) on large-scale ERP/EAM and/or billing transformation initiatives
- 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion and/or 3+ years experience with IBM Maximo (SaaS)




- Solid written/oral communication and ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to lead small–medium working groups and maintain program documentation
- Comfortable with data analysis and basic database query tools

Nice-to-have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Flexibility to take on a mix of BA + QA/testing work
