Job Description:

The Friends of Yoho Society is looking for an energetic, organized, and community-minded Executive Director to join our small nonprofit organization in Field, BC.

This is a year-round, full-time position with a varied and rewarding seasonal role:

Summer:

Lead the operation of our Gift Shop open May 1 – October 15, including supervision of staff/volunteers, merchandising, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

Winter:

Enjoy greater time flexibility while focusing on the Society’s broader work, including fundraising, community relations, projects, programs, administration, and planning for the coming season.

We’re looking for someone who:

● Enjoys working with people and the community

● Is organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

● Has an interest in nonprofit or community organizations





● Brings experience in retail, fundraising, administration, or volunteer coordination — all assets but not all essential
