Dynamic is under new management, Jimmy Alain. We are looking for motivated people to join our crew for this upcoming season. This opportunity is independent of the previous management.
Perform snow removal to keep walkways, driveways, parking areas safe and accessible.
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions and use appropriate equipment and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Explicit snow and ice using hand tools, power tools, and snow-removal equipment.
- Inspect work areas for hazards and maintain clear, safe access routes.
- Operate and care for equipment; report damage or maintenance needs promptly.
- Use mechanical knowledge to identify basic equipment problems and assist with minor repairs.
- Follow instructions and safety procedures when using tools and machinery,
including equipment when trained and authorized.
- Help with general maintenance and outdoor tasks.
Experience
- Experience in snow removal is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and routine equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge are assets.
- Loader/skid steer operation experience is a plus; equipment must only be operated by qualified, authorized personnel.
- Ability to work outdoors, perform physical tasks, and follow safety procedures is required.
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
