Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards to maintain a clean kitchen workplace
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately, providing excellent food service experience to guests
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, rotating ingredients, and communicating supply needs to management
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, sanitation practices, and temperature controls




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling regulations
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and presentation that delight guests’ palates
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction
- Familiarity with serving techniques and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen environment

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
