Director of Sales & Marketing

The Birchwood Inn BW Premier Collection, one of Winnipeg’s finest full-service Hotels, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a passionate and full-of-life individual with a keen sense of what makes every guest’s experience an enjoyable one. Our ultimate goal is to establish long-standing relationships with our customers so that they return time and time again and share their wonderful experiences with others.

The candidate will be an integral member of the Hotel’s management team, providing expertise and direction in all aspects of the sales and marketing activities in line with our overall business strategy, goals and new brand. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the Sales and Catering teams while managing the Marketing initiatives. While maintaining the Birchwood Inn brand, you will develop and implement promotional strategies, marketing plans, and oversee our social media presence and website.





The ideal candidate will have experience in a branded environment, have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and results, be sales-oriented and have the ability to establish long-lasting relationships with their clients and colleagues.
