Overview

The Barber/Stylist provides attentive, personalized service while helping clients choose and maintain styles that suit their preferences. This role combines hair styling, customer care, sanitation, and retail support to create a welcoming, well-organized client experience.

Duties

- Consult with clients, communicate clearly about style preferences, and deliver hair styling services suited to their requests.
- Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and tools, following consistent hygiene practices throughout the day.
- Recommend relevant products through helpful retail sales and appropriate upselling, keeping client needs central.
- Support front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and sharing updates with colleagues.

Requirements

Required: Strong customer service and communication skills,



practical hair styling ability, and consistent attention to sanitation are essential for serving clients and maintaining a clean workspace. Preferred: Experience with retail sales, appropriate upselling, and front desk support is helpful, along with a welcoming approach and the ability to coordinate smoothly with colleagues. Pay: $17.60-$42.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
