Overview

As a Financial Service Representative, you’ll help customers navigate everyday banking needs with explicit, attentive service. You’ll process transactions, explain relevant banking products, and support loan applications while following financial compliance and regulatory requirements. Your impact: Accurate transactions and thoughtful guidance help customers manage their finances with confidence.

Responsibilities

- Deliver responsive customer service and build strong customer relationships through relationship management and customer relationship management practices.
- Process cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, debits and credits; balance the cash drawer and support cashiering and cash management.
- Identify customer needs, explain banking products, and support financial sales, sales, and appropriate upselling.
- Assist with loan origination and loan processing, including collecting information and completing required documentation.
- Apply fraud prevention and detection procedures, follow banking regulatory compliance, and use banking software and financial software to maintain accurate records.





Experience

- Customer service, banking, or financial services experience is preferred; familiarity with banking product expertise and industry knowledge of financial compliance and financial regulations is an asset.
- Demonstrate basic math, math, retail math, cash handling, cash drawer handling, and 10-key typing skills.
- Bring technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn banking software and other financial software.
- Communicate clearly, handle sensitive customer information responsibly, and balance accuracy with efficient service.

Pay: $17.60-$28.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
