The Cashier/Sales Associate supports customers throughout their shopping experience, combining accurate checkout service with attentive product assistance. This role keeps transactions moving smoothly, helps customers understand their options, and contributes to an organized, welcoming store.

Duties

- Process purchases and returns using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math to verify transactions.
- Assist customers with product questions, demonstrate products, and use thoughtful upselling to support informed purchases.
- Maintain merchandising displays, replenish products, and keep the sales and checkout areas orderly.
- Communicate courteously in person and by phone, coordinate with colleagues, and manage tasks during busy periods.

Requirements

Required: Transparent communication, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, basic math, English, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and responsive assistance. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, technology sales, product demonstrations, merchandising, upselling, phone etiquette, and bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a wider range of customers.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
