We are looking for long term crew members who will become a part of the Babaz Family and work with us as we expand and grow further. We have big plans for the future of Babaz Shawarma with plans of expansion. Hiring the right crew members is crucial.

We need someone available for evenings and weekends. We are open until 2 am on weekends. (Fri&Sat;)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Full-Time and Part-Time staff members. This role is ideal for those passionate about the food industry and customer service. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and safety.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.




- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in serving food to customers and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, performing basic math calculations as needed.

- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is required. (Middle eastern cuisine)
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
