Residential Cleaning Professional

About Glenmore Pure Home Cleaning

Glenmore Pure Home Cleaning is a growing Calgary-based residential cleaning company focused on providing exceptional, dependable, and professional home cleaning services to our clients.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Residential Cleaning Professionals who take genuine pride in their work and understand that cleaning someone's home is about more than simply completing a checklist. Our cleaners represent Glenmore Pure in our clients' homes, so professionalism, respect, attention to detail, and trustworthiness are extremely key to us.

This is a permanent part time position, with the opportunity for additional hours as our client base grows.

What You'll Do

- Provide professional residential cleaning services in clients' homes.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure the home is left looking clean, fresh, and well cared for.
- Follow Glenmore Pure's cleaning standards, procedures, and checklists.
- Work efficiently and manage your time effectively while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Handle clients' belongings, furniture, surfaces, and personal spaces with care and respect.
- Take required before-and-after photos as part of our quality-control process.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the Glenmore Pure team regarding preferences, questions, or concerns.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safe cleaning practices and company procedures.
- Respect clients' privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding their homes and personal belongings.

What We're Looking For

The right person for Glenmore Pure is:

- Reliable and punctual — clients need to know that their cleaner will show up when expected.

- Detail-oriented — you notice the little things that make a home feel truly clean.
- Hardworking and efficient — you can work independently and manage your time without constant supervision.
- Trustworthy and respectful — you will be working inside people's homes and must treat their property and privacy with care.
- Professional and friendly — you represent Glenmore Pure every time you interact with a client.
- Comfortable working independently while following established cleaning standards and instructions.
- Physically capable of performing residential cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting cleaning supplies, and working for extended periods.
- Comfortable communicating in English with clients and the Glenmore Pure team. Additional languages are an asset.

Experience

Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

What matters most to us is your work ethic, reliability, attitude, attention to detail, and pride in doing a great job.

Where You'll Work

This is a mobile position. You will travel directly to clients' homes rather than reporting to a central office. Our initial service area will focus primarily on residential communities surrounding Glenmore Reservoir in southwest Calgary.

Why Join Glenmore Pure?

We're building a local cleaning company that values both our clients and the people who serve them. As Glenmore Pure grows, we want our team members to have the opportunity to grow with us.

If you're someone who takes pride in leaving a home noticeably cleaner, fresher, and better cared for than when you arrived, we'd love to hear from you.
