Seeking a CNC Machinist – drilling, milling required for a company in Ingersoll area.

Responsible for:

Responsible for all machining, deburring and part inspection. Operators are independently setting up, running and completing work as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Education Required

Ø Set-up, operate and maintain CNC tools to perform precision machining, drilling, milling, etc.

Ø Application of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometres, depth gauges, and indicators

Ø Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, and inserts

Ø Performs and records manual inspection of parts

Ø Mentor and train other employees with the knowledge and skill you have acquired

Ø Prioritize and assign jobs to work centres

Ø Prototype new product as assigned

Ø Five (5) or more years in trade or equivalent competency.

Ø Strong communications skills required in oral and in written form

Pay rate: $26-32/hour depending on experience level.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
