We are looking for a hardworking and committed individual to join our fast-growing team. To be considered for this full-time position, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience leading a crew performing asbestos abatement and demolition in commercial/residential buildings.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Leading by example through demonstrating to new and young workers how to complete their tasks safely and proficiently
- Planning and supervision of on-site activities
- Ensure workers are knowledgeable of and follow safe work practices and procedures at all times
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Completion of worker time cards, pre-task planning paperwork, daily logs, site inspections, etc.
- Be punctual and on time
- Be capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Be comfortable with wearing a Tyvek suit and respirator to perform work tasks
- Be committed to safety in the workplace
- Be well rounded and adaptable to a variety physical tasks




- Be organized and take pride in your work
- Be flexible to working overtime, out of town, and evening shifts (all on occasion)
- Have an unrestricted class 5 license with a clean driver's abstract

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enroll in our Extended Health Benefit Plan and RRSP Matching Program after three continuous months of employment.

Starting wage is 32.90/hour based on experience.
