Job Summary:

Fraser Valley Wireless is a leading Rogers Wireless dealer with multiple retail locations in British Columbia and Ontario. We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Burnaby, BC office for the holiday season. As a Fulfillment Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the dedicated Rogers Preferred Program team and contributing to the overall success of our online operations focused on our Rogers Preferred customers.

Duties:

- Receive and process digital orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize computer tools, online applications, and Excel documents to manage orders.
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipping, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all digital orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Engage with Rogers Preferred customers via phone and online to build relationships, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.





Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in an office setting is required.
- Robust computer skills, including proficiency in online applications and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with Zendesk Suite is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time - Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
