Chaiiwala of London is an internationally recognized café brand known for its signature Karak Chai, specialty beverages, and delicious South Asian street food. We are excited to bring our unique café experience to Downtown Vancouver!

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and love providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and deliver excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve signature chai, coffee, cold beverages, and food items according to company standards.
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and order presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Restock supplies and keep workstations organized.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Follow company procedures to maintain consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Versatile availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, on call and night shifts
- FoodSafe certification is an asset.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
