CNC Machine Operators – Press Brake, Laser & Waterjet

Broadwell Manufacturing is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals interested in learning and operating up-to-date metal fabrication equipment.

We have opportunities for operators across three main machines:

- CNC Press Brake: Learn to bend and form sheet metal using CNC-controlled press brakes, read drawings, set up tooling, and produce precision-formed components.
- Fiber Laser Cutting Table: Learn to operate our 6kW fiber laser, cut steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, load and unload materials, and work with CNC cutting programs.
- CNC Waterjet Cutting Table: Learn to operate our waterjet cutting system, cutting a variety of materials with precision while understanding machine setup, cutting speeds, and material handling.

What You'll Learn

- Operating and setting up CNC fabrication equipment
- Reading shop drawings and understanding dimensions and tolerances
- Working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Sheet metal bending, forming, and cutting techniques
- Measuring and inspecting finished parts for accuracy
- Understanding material thicknesses, tooling, and fabrication processes




- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Safe material handling and shop practices
- Working alongside experienced fabricators on real manufacturing projects

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in developing valuable skills in the metalworking industry.

Previous experience operating CNC equipment or working in a fabrication shop is an asset, but we're willing to train the right people.

Pay: $17.85-$35.00 per hour
