Overview

(This position is for afternoon shift)

Operate CNC equipment to produce accurate millwork components from job specifications. Use sound machining practices, careful measurement, and attention to quality to keep production moving and ensure finished parts are ready for assembly and packaging.

Duties

- Set up and operate CNC milling equipment, using CNC programming and Fanuc controls as applicable to the work.
- Read blueprints and CAD drawings, measure parts with calipers, and apply basic math and mechanical knowledge to verify dimensions.
- Inspect work for quality, use hand tools for adjustments, and support assembly, packaging, and orderly material handling.
- Coordinate with production colleagues to resolve machining issues and maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements

Required: Practical CNC operation, blueprint reading, measurement, basic math, mechanical knowledge, and quality control skills support protected, accurate production. Preferred: Manufacturing or warehouse experience, plus familiarity with programmable logic controllers, forklift operation, press brake machines, CNC lathes, welding, SolidWorks, or related machining and assembly work, can broaden your contribution across production tasks.

Pay: $25.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
