The Seasonal Outdoor Janitor maintains clean, orderly, and functional outdoor areas through hands-on upkeep and seasonal maintenance. You’ll work with colleagues to address outdoor upkeep needs and help ensure visitors can use well-maintained grounds.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of portable washrooms
- Clean common areas, break and lunchrooms, smoking areas, aisles, lobby, and office spaces
- Empty garbage and maintain general cleanliness
- Safely operate the shredder for confidential materials
- Strip, re-wax, and buff tiled floors as required
Minimum Requirements
- Available to start immediately and work the full four-week assignment
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous custodial/janitorial experience is preferred but not required
