Construction Business Development Partner – Commission Based Company: TECTOR Location: Vancouver, BC Opportunity: Independent Business Development / Contract Acquisition TECTOR is seeking an experienced construction business development professional to identify new projects, connect with general contractors, property managers and developers, and help secure construction and restoration contracts. Services include: - Concrete repair and restoration - Concrete chipping and surface preparation - Structural concrete restoration - Post-tension cable-related repair projects - Waterproofing and building maintenance - Painting and renovation projects Responsibilities:



- Find new construction and restoration opportunities - Build relationships with contractors and property managers - Identify bidding and tender opportunities - Introduce potential clients to TECTOR - Assist with securing profitable contracts Compensation: - Proposed commission: 5% of eligible project revenue collected, excluding sales taxes - Commission payable after project completion and receipt of full client payment, subject to a written agreement - No upfront commission payments - Flexible schedule and independent working arrangements Requirements: - Construction industry knowledge - Experience in sales, estimating, or business development - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Existing construction industry contacts preferred We are looking for a motivated business development partner interested in building a long-term professional relationship with TECTOR.
