Senior Service Coordinator – Commercial Refrigeration & Foodservice Equipment

We’re looking for a highly organized Service Coordinator with commercial equipment experience to join our Service Department in Guelph. You’ll manage service and warranty issues for commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment, coordinating customers and third-party service technicians across Canada. This is not an IT/computer support position. Experience in a mechanical or commercial equipment service setting is required. What You’ll Do
- Manage service calls from start to finish
- Coordinate and follow up with service technicians and customers
- Review service reports, warranty claims and parts requirements
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting
- Keep multiple open issues organized and moving toward resolution
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What You Bring
- Experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC, foodservice equipment, appliances or similar mechanical equipment
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Experience coordinating technicians, service calls or warranty claims
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Good mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Refrigeration and gas equipment knowledge is an asset
- French/English bilingualism is a strong asset
You do not need to be a licensed refrigeration mechanic. We’re looking for someone who understands commercial equipment service, can manage a busy workload, and takes ownership of problems through to resolution.What We Offer
