No insurance experience is necessary for this role.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
· Respond to incoming calls and servicing client needs.
· Help customers with billing related questions as well as policy changes.
· Offer insurance advise to clients, process changes and enter changes into BMS and company portals.
· Give claims advise to clients, report claims and follow up on claims.
· Provide quotes to current clients and cross sell existing accounts.
The Successful candidate will have:
- Post Secondary Education (required)
- Relevant sales and customer service experience
- Desire and ability to create your own sales leads.
- A strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
