Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager, The Electrical Engineer at Jamesway Chick Master will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for electrical components and systems. This includes supporting Current Product Introduction (NPI), improving throughput, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as UL, CE, and CSA.



Design and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical components (e.g., control systems, wiring harnesses). Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for production issues. Analyze production metrics to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities. Train and support production staff on electrical assembly techniques and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or electrical design. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
