Sales Representative — Ontario & Quebec.

Espresso Dolce | $25/hour base pay + generous commission

Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals? Espresso Dolce is looking for a Sales Representative to grow our customer base throughout Ontario and Quebec.

We supply premium espresso machines, grinders, freshly roasted coffee, office coffee equipment, and maintenance services. You’ll help businesses and coffee enthusiasts find the right products and solutions for their needs.

What You’ll Do

- Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, networking, and customer visits.
- Sell espresso machines, grinders, coffee, accessories, and service solutions.
- Introduce office coffee equipment and equipment rental options to businesses.
- Build relationships with offices, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial customers.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and prepare quotes.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate sales, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with our team to support orders and ongoing customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, equipment, hospitality, or office services.




- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence prospecting and developing new accounts.
- A proactive, organized approach with consistent follow-through.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and grow your earnings.
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario and Quebec for customer meetings.
- Coffee industry knowledge is an asset.

Compensation & Opportunity

- $25 CAD per hour in base pay, plus generous commission.
