Position OverviewClintar is seeking an experienced and dependable Snow Removal Crew Leader to oversee snow operations at commercial properties during winter events. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, operate equipment, and ensure sites are serviced safely, efficiently, and to Clintar standards.
Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise snow removal crews during snow and ice events

- Coordinate snow clearing operations for assigned commercial properties
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently, including ride-on machines, gravely units, backpack snow blowers, and other related tools/equipment.
- Ensure sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, pedestrian access points and loading areas are cleared and treated properly
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to dispatch instructions
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and report site conditions, issues,



or incidents
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on all assigned sites
- Track and report crew time, site completion, and any maintenance or operational issues.

Qualifications & Requirements * Previous snow removal experience (commercial preferred)

- Prior leadership or crew supervision experience
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work long hours, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required during snow events
- Physically able to perform manual labor in cold and winter conditions
- Reliable transportation and robust attendance record

Preferred Qualifications * Experience plowing with trucks or operating heavy equipment

- Knowledge of ice management materials and application rates
- AZ/DZ license (asset, not required)
