Overview

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Line Cook to help prepare and serve high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistent food preparation, follows food safety practices, and works well with kitchen and service staff. This role is suited to someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and ready to contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and complete meal preparation according to recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures.
- Cook menu items accurately and consistently while keeping pace with service needs.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly store ingredients and prepared foods.
- Follow food safety and food handling practices, including protected temperature control and sanitation procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen teammates and serving staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered efficiently.




- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate when supplies need replenishing.
- Clean and care for kitchen tools and equipment in accordance with established procedures.

Experience

- Previous food service experience, restaurant experience, or kitchen experience is required.
- Experience with cooking, food preparation, meal preparation, or serving is an asset.
- Familiarity with food handling and food safety practices is preferred; willingness to learn and follow kitchen standards is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively, stay organized during busy periods, and follow instructions with attention to detail.

You Must be able to work until 2 am and have your own way to get home.

Pay: $17.95-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 48.0 per week
