Permanent position. Full-time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

- Ensure proper garment fit and size grading ;
- Develop measurement charts and size specifications ;
- Lead fit sessions and evaluate samples ;
- Prepare and update technical packs ;
- Update technical sketches and sewing instructions ;
- Verify product specifications before production ;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards ;
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to optimize costs ;
- Monitor sampling and production processes ;
- Identify issues and recommend solutions ;
- Communicate with factories to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabrics ;




- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is an asset) ;
- Experience creating and managing technical packs ;
- Valuable understanding of apparel production and sourcing processes ;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills ;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines ;
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets ;
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field ;
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Design or Product Development.
