Run the daily maintenance schedule, assure the building is on a good shape everyday. Do the cleaning of the common areas of the building including lobbies, elevators, hallways, amenities, garbage room and parking lot. Some maintenance repairs like drywall and touch paints. Update intercom. Check in daily basis all mechanical and electrical. Check every day the communications system with the Property Management company for work orders and maintenance. Keep the inventory of lights and other regular use products. Pressure washing of Garbage rooms and other specific areas.
The right individual has to have a valuable level of communication skills both vocal and in writing. Proactive attitude, Detail Oriented.
Qualifications and Skills
Expertise on building Maintenance is an asset. Experience in cleaning common areas is an asset.
Minor repairs like dry walling and touch painting.
