Working within the personal development and digital education sector, we connect with individuals who are exploring opportunities focused on leadership, professional development, and personal growth.
This prospect combines independent work with structured training and ongoing development. You’ll have the flexibility to organize your own schedule while applying your existing strengths in sourcing, communication, interviewing, relationship development, candidate engagement, and professional networking.

- Use your sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills to understand candidates’ backgrounds, goals, and interests
- Follow an established candidate interview and qualification process, including consistent follow-up
- Use established recruitment and communication systems while participating in ongoing training and professional development
Who We’re Looking For

Specific industry experience is not required.
How You’ll Work
This is a fully remote chance with the flexibility to organize your work around your schedule.
You’ll work independently while having access to established systems, resources, training, and mentorship. A commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week is recommended for those starting on a part-time basis.
For experienced recruitment professionals, this can provide an opportunity to apply skills developed over many years without returning to a traditional corporate schedule or environment.
The role requires consistent candidate outreach and follow-up, professional communication, personal accountability, and the ability to apply what you learn through the training process.
Training and Support
You’ll have access to:
- Established digital tools, communication systems, and recruitment frameworks
- Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training
- Personal and leadership development resources
- Continued mentorship and guidance
- An international professional community
