Stirling Woodworks Ltd. is an award-winning custom millwork company with over 35 years of experience producing high-end residential and commercial woodwork. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Drafter to join our team and support our projects from drawings through to production.

Cabinet Vision or Mozaik experience is a major asset — but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong millwork drafting fundamentals and the right attitude.

What you’ll do

- Produce detailed custom millwork shop drawings (Cabinet Vision or Mozaik preferred)
- Create material lists ready for purchasing and coordinate drawing information for ordering
- Prepare cutlists, assembly drawings, and production-ready documentation
- Generate CNC output/programming (can be trained for the right candidate)
- Work with project management and the shop team to resolve questions and updates
- Maintain accuracy, clarity, and quality standards throughout the drawing process

What we’re looking for

- Experience producing shop drawings for millwork/cabinetry
- Strong understanding of millwork construction methods and shop workflow
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment with multiple active projects
- Cabinet Vision experience is an asset — not required




- Mozaik experience is an asset — not required

Nice-to-haves (assets)

- Cabinet Vision and/or Mozaik experience
- Familiarity with AWMAC standards
- CNC output experience (nested based CNC, post processors, etc.)

Location / Work format

This is primarily an in-person role in Maple Ridge, BC.
A remote arrangement may be possible for an exceptional candidate with the right experience and communication workflow.
