Job Summary

As a Shelby’s associate you will be working with the owners and managers to ensure that each shift meets Shelby’s standards of guest experience, cleanliness & Legendary Shawarma.

Responsibilities and Duties

Some of an associate’s duties are:

- Making Legendary Shawarma
- Delivering the perfect guest experience
- Handling cash flow of the restaurant
- Ensuring you are delivering great quality products to guests.
- Ensuring all standards are being met for hygiene, cleanliness, food safety & quality, etc.

Probation Period

All positions are subject to a 1-month probation period,



during which performance and reliability will be evaluated to ensure a successful fit for the role.

Salary: starting at $17.95 per hour
