Heartbeat Transport requires an experienced Class 1 Driver to fill our full-time position for live chicken haul from Sunday night to Friday morning as per schedule with weekends off with daily runs to home base.
Heartbeat Transport Ltd. offers a salary of $90,000 per year, perks and sign on bonus of $1500.00 after 3 months, direct deposit, positive work environment and clean/newer equipment to operate, assigned truck with no slip seating. Shop-office location with a newly built 4-bay facility with driver amenities and mechanics on site.
Driver responsibilities include the following:
· Maintain accurate log book records and adhere to Hours-of-Service regulations
· Must perform pre-trip & post-trip truck/trailer inspections
· Follow company safety program expectations, and PPE requirements
· Positive attitude toward safety values
· Respect company equipment and maintain cleanliness
Qualifications include:
- Class 1 with current abstract up to 6 demerits
- 2 years of commercial highway truck
- Inhouse training provided
Start date of employment: Upon completion of in-house training
