InspireClean is a women-owned professional cleaning company serving 20+ cities across Southern Ontario. We have active client bookings in the Niagara Region right now and need reliable, experienced cleaners who are ready to work — not someday, but soon.

This role is for you if:

- You have at least 1 year of skilled residential cleaning experience
- You’ve worked independently in clients’ homes without supervision
- You show up on time, communicate proactively, and take pride in your work
- You’re available to start within the next 2 weeks
- You have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

What you’ll be doing:

- Regular recurring house cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Deep cleans and detailed top-to-bottom cleans
- Move-in / move-out cleans
- Post-renovation cleans
- One-time and seasonal cleans

What we require — non-negotiable:

- Minimum 1 year residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least one professional reference who can speak to your work
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Available minimum 3 days/week including some weekends
